1. Eligibility for Return

You can return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 03 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Whiteboards: Must be returned unused, with all protective films and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for whiteboards that have been mounted or written on.
  • Accessories: Items like markers, erasers, and cleaning kits must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please do not attempt to return it. See our policy for damaged items below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Any item that has been used, opened, or is not in its original, salable condition.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered whiteboards.
  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at sales@officewhiteboards.com within 03 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Shipping Your Return
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
  • Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes damage can occur during shipping.

  • Immediately inspect your delivery upon arrival.
  • If an item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please do not open or use the item.
